Live lessons may be recorded for enrolled students to rewatch.

Recordings primarily contain the tutor and shared teaching materials.

Student cameras, microphones and chat messages are not intended to form part of recordings.

A student's first name may occasionally be spoken during a lesson.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Syllara Academy, including providers of:

• online learning platforms;
• video conferencing;
• website hosting;
• website enquiry processing; and
• other technology or professional services needed to operate the business.

We only share information where reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate Syllara Academy or comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information.
